April 2025 – A Secret Ingredient

Hello Cooks! This month, we will challenge our members by asking them to prepare a dish with a secret ingredient.  Behind the scenes, we will have a list of secret ingredients.  Once you sign up to join us, a secret ingredient will be chosen at random for you.  You will be notified by email. Find a recipe with the ingredient, prepare it and bring it to share.
