Each year the members of the cooking club designate one month to cooking from a country or region. This year ‘s choice is French Cuisine. So, in June, we will try our hand at preparing French dishes. Renowned for their sophisticated culinary traditions, skillful cooking methods, fresh ingredients and thoughtful presentation, French Chefs everywhere have earned a reputation as masters in the kitchen. We too can be masters in our own kitchens. It’s time to stretch your culinary skills. Find a French recipe that you have never made before, prepare it and bring it to share. Places are limited.
