January 8, 2026- A Favorite Dish from a Local Restaurant

Cooking Club Members not only love to cook, but we also love to eat out. Sampling food from local chefs and restaurants inspirers us: sometimes it’s a new ingredient, sometimes a new preparation or sometimes, just the perfect twist on a dish that we regularly cook. This month we will challenge ourselves by choosing a dish from a local restaurant and prepare it to share with the group.
