Cooking Club – Dishes from Dori (Greenspan)

Our chosen chef for this year’s "Spotlight on a Chef" Cooking Club is Dorie Greenspan. Often referred to as a “culinary guru,” Greenspan is a five-time James Beard Foundation Award winner and a member of the Who’s Who of Food and Beverage in America. Despite having no formal training, she has published over 15 cookbooks; beginning with her first book in 1991, Sweet Times: Simple Desserts for Every Occasion to her most recent, Dorie’s Anytime Cakes, in October 2025.
Dori is an inspiration to all of us. Please join us Thursday, April 9, at 7:15pm.
To participate, choose a recipe from one of Dori's cookbooks, prepare the dish, and bring it to share with the group.
