Our May theme is "Pancakes Around the World".

For most Americans, the word "pancake" conjures a stack of fluffy, hot-off-the-griddle flapjacks topped with butter and maple syrup. However, pancakes take myriad forms around the world—from delicate French crepes and spongy Ethiopian injera to savory Japanese okonomiyaki. As one of mankind's oldest prepared foods, pancakes are a staple in virtually every cuisine and can be served stacked, wrapped, or stuffed with a variety of sweet or savory ingredients.

Please join us as we dive in and create an evening featuring pancakes from all over the world. To participate, select a recipe, prepare the dish and bring it to share with the group.
