Cooking Club – French Cuisine

French cooking is considered by many to be the most prestigious and respectable cuisine in the world. French cooking is world-renowned for its formal techniques, fresh ingredients, and beautiful presentation. French cuisine truly has come to rule the world, laying the foundations for many other styles and specialties​. This month, try your hand at mimicking one of the masters of French cuisine​ and join us on Thursday, June 11, at 7:15pm.

To participate, please choose a French recipe you have never made before, prepare the dish, and bring it to share with the group.
